What Happens During an Animal Communication Session
If you are here, you are paying attention to your animal.
You may be noticing changes in their behavior, a shift in their energy, or something in your home that feels unsettled, and you want to understand what is actually happening for them.
A session gives you a clear way to do that.
Before we begin, you share what you have been seeing and what you would like to understand. You can be specific, or you can simply name that something feels different and you want clarity.
I connect with your animal and begin listening.
I am receiving information from their body, their emotional state, and the environment they are living in. At the same time, I am reading what is happening in the relationship between you, because many animals are responding to dynamics that are shared, not only to something within themselves.
As I connect, I share what I am receiving in real time.
I describe what your animal is experiencing, what they are responding to, and what may be contributing to the behavior or pattern you are seeing. If there is discomfort in the body, I will name where it is showing up so you have something specific to look at or follow up on. If there is stress or tension, we look at what is creating that in their daily life or environment.
You are able to ask questions throughout the session.
You can ask about behavior, health, changes in the home, or anything you are trying to understand. We work directly with what is present so you leave with clarity you can actually use.
This is not a passive experience.
You are part of the session, and the more open and honest you are about what is happening in your home and in your life, the more clearly we can see what your animal is responding to.
What often becomes clear is that your animal is communicating something that has been missed or misunderstood.
When that is seen, the dynamic begins to shift.
Your animal no longer needs to express the same behavior once they are understood, and you are able to respond in a way that supports them more directly. This often brings a sense of relief for both of you, because what was unclear now has direction.
After the session, you have a clear understanding of what is happening and what to do next.
This may include adjustments in how you are relating to your animal, changes in their environment, or ways to support their body and nervous system more directly.
If bodywork is part of your session, I work with your animal through touch to help release tension and support their system in settling, so the changes we have identified can integrate more fully.
This work is supportive for behavior changes, anxiety, reactivity, illness, aging, transitions in the home, and situations where you want to understand your animal more deeply and care for them in a way that is accurate and responsive.
